We're looking for a large truck bed water tank for potable water, if anyone knows where we could borrow/rent/buy one.
Also, we're seeking high-capacity water filters, like the kind backcountry outfitters use.
Beyond that, please come with as much water and purification/filtration capacity as you're able!

I'm in Denver. I have system i've used at Rainbow and Feral before. I no longer have an RV but it will work as a gravity feed ..... I have 100' of 3/4 black tubing, a couple of filter housings, sediment and charcoal filters, couplings, etc. I'll have to check on the .2 micron absolute Zeta Zorb filters but I have some I think. I'll donate the stuff for now and forever. I could use some help with a checkout this week up here. If you know people in Denver with an interest. Tom

I have 3 standard housings. 4 new CB-1 Omni filters www.filtersfast.com/OmniFilter-CB1-water-filter-cartridge.asp3 used Zeta-zorbs, 1 new tinyurl.com/7h98g5gvariety of basic charcoal and sediment filters for prefilters also a test kit I need a couple of connectors for 3/4" and a couple of spigots - I'll get them* today. 55 gallon storage barrels would be good. More piping. Water Crew People to tap the spring and set up and maintain it. If this isn't needed or wanted or if you have something else let me know. I don't want to haul the stuff down just have it laying around. T

The site is not the same this year as in past years. There are undoubtedly springs we could tap, though we likely wont want to due to it being a wilderness area, and likely won't need to due to high filtration capacity. bring what you want/can for filtration, but we're considering purchasing something quality and high-capacity with the money we raised. also, there's no car camping this year, though it's an easy flat stroll to the site, and i know we can rally folx to haul your gear for you, and anyone else of differing physical abilities. i will personally haul your shit if i have to. granted, you can get away with sleeping in your vehicle at the parking, but there's no pitching tents, making fires, etc. But you said you no longer have your RV, right? How are you getting down here? Again, i'll personally make sure your shit gets into the woods to the main meadow if i have to. so we hope to see you!

^actually i'm fine with seeking a spring in the day use area before the wilderness boundary and tapping it if everyone else comes to consensus about it. just problematic within the wilderness area. but we start right at the boundary, so could run water right near-by. we'll see.

No issue getting in. I bought that deer cart last year to haul stuff - we all used it at Earth First, remember. It will (barely) fit into the car we are bringing - but it fits. I wish the telescope fit. ;-( I'll only bring a couple of water filters and housing and pictures of Hawkers and Jules systems. I'll probably work them into either the session on clay pot technology (since that incl water filtering) or 30, 60, 90 days in a community building infrastructure. I'm bringing chocolate zuzus soaked in Stoli to give to folks that attend. Folks thinking of a feral future need to think about community and infrastructure safety health - sanitation, water - it's the Rainbow Way. The Human Way. JMO. If folks down there want to bring some 3/4" NSF rated water pipe and connectors, people can try to learn how to set up a real system. We'll be down on Friday I think.
