1. large water tank(s) (like the ones that fit in the back of pickup trucks)
2. large wall tent(s), easy-ups, tarps, canopies, ropes, etc.

It would still be a HUGE help if we could find someone with a large water tank, a vehicle to haul it in (full), and the willingness to help us get it filled and out to WRFF for the duration of the gathering.
WRFF attendees are encouraged, if not expected, to come self-sufficient as far as water goes. That means arriving with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) LITERS of drinking water per person per day and/or an adequate drinking water filtration/purification system.
Remember that WRFF is in an arid environment at a relatively high altitude, and you'll likely be spending time in the sun and doing physical activity, so you're going to need more water than usual. Again, we recommend drinking AT LEAST THREE (3) LITERS OF WATER EVERY DAY. Remember, if your urine isn't clear and copious, you're dehydrated.
STAY SAFE! STAY ALIVE! STAY HYDRATED!

If anyone wants to get on this too, it would be great:
"Water barrels" you can get cheap at Coca-Cola (phone book!). Their syrup comes in 33 gal. barrels and they sell them off cheap.
We have a great fresh water well on CR 234 and we could use it all we want. It would be a bit closer for us than Dgo if we need to keep filling up.

the tank available is a 325 gallon tank, apparently doesn't fit in smaller beds. there's also the fill station at chapman hill.. not sure what price comparisons are.

If anyone could manage to bring out large jugs of water, or any jugs of water, and/or more filters, that would help out a lot! We also have access to a large water tank and just need a truck to transport it to the woods! We even have a well spigot we can fill it off of for free! Anyone?

Rather then giving coca cola anything, i would recommend trying other options first. Your local water treatment plant will likely give you free 55gal barrels. After talking to the workers for a sec, they now call me whenever they have an empty one. Grocery stores, restaurants, laundry mats, all tend to have 5 gal containers w/ lids. Usually they hold veg oil or detergent, and the ones from water treatment hold a bunch of different chems. So rinse the hell out of them (we spray them out at the car wash). If all else fails, collect smaller water containers from the trash. Anything before giving a dime to coca cola.
